OncoFu Elite (for RNA) Panel v1.0 targets 105 genes which are the most common or relevant to clinically significant fusions in solid tumor studies. The probes cover all transcript coding regions and some UTR regions involved in the occurrence of fus- ions which are officially included in RefSeq 109. The panel supports the enrichment of fusion, mutation, and gene expression information at the RNA level.

compatible only with gDNA or cDNA as initial samples. For RNA samples, reverse
transcription to generate cDNA is required prior to library preparation.

50-2,000 ng of gDNA or cDNA. For input amount exceeds 2,000 ng, split the
sample into multiple reactions to maintain amplification efficiency.

PCR products by using this kit is ~270 bp. PE150 sequencing is recommended for
high-quality coverage.
